Sunday Cross Country League - Trent Park - 13/12/2009 - 5.93 Miles
My second Sunday League cross country run and the third in the session.
Very cold day, everyone waiting until the last possible moment to disrobe before the start.
Knew it was going to be muddy as been raining over the last couple of days. Odd course as the first bit was a figure of 8 on the top field. So the second lap the first boys where crossing over so had to carefully time your crossing so you did not get run over (and spiked) or slow the fast guys down.
After 3 laps down the hill to the bottom field for 2 laps. Had a problem with my breathing at a couple of points so I could try and get it back on track. Must work on this. Back up the hill to the finish.
