Sunday Cross Country League - Watford - 21/02/2010 - 6.86 Miles
Second race of the weekend. Had been told that this was a 10Km race around the paths and tracks of a park in Watford. Turns out this was wrong as they had changed the course and because of the weather it was muddy in places.
We didn't know this so wondered why some people had spikes on as we had been told part of the course was on tarmac. None of the course was on tarmac bar a small section across a bridge.
As I went out a little too fast to start with and slowed it down so a nice stead pace not worrying about other people.
Parts of the course very hilly, so hilly there was steps.
In the end a nice little run.
