Chingford Cross Country League - Hainault Cycle Circuit

First in this session on a Tuesday night in the Dark running around an unlight cycle circuit!
If this was not bad enough I was 3 laps of the circuit and we started down the hill so needed to do the hill 4 times.
It was not as bad a I thought it was going to be apart from the finish being on a hill so no chance to a sprint finish.
